Cables Direct may collect personal information about the customer for the purpose of providing the services requested by the customer and administering its relationship with the Customer. If this personal information is not provided then Cables Direct may not be able to provide the services requested.

Cables Direct is a division of Net24 Limited. The customer acknowledges that Cables Direct may disclose personal information about the customer to Net24 Limited. Any member of Net24 Limited may keep and use personal details of the customer for the purposes of providing services to the customer, as requested by the customer. Cables Direct, or Net24 Limited, may need to disclose, on a confidential basis, the customer's details to organisations working on behalf of Cables Direct. In addition, Cables Direct may disclose personal information where required or authorised by law or if the individual to whom the information relates consents.

Cables Direct may send to the customer details of other products offered by the Net24 Limited that may interest the customer.
